It’s 6:30am and I’m packed and ready. I’ve been fortunate indeed to have so many good people travelling along with me. So thanks to all of you who have been there, sent texts, made comments, phoned me. It’s been incredibly important to me and probably why I have done so well. All I can say is thank you.

Record of events and thoughts relating to being diagnosed with prostate cancer. My brother has been through this before me. His observations have been helping me prepare myself for what might happen. Should anyone else feel less alone, or less frightened by reading these experiences then, that’s good too.
